Roasting

We personally specified and imported our big Garanti roaster. It brings immense pleasure to fire up this puppy every day and produce premium roasted beans. Every batch is roasted to perfection. Sometimes we roast a little darker for those who like their coffee black, on other occasions a little lighter for those who enjoy a brighter cup of latte, but one thing for sure is our house blends are roasted the same, time and time again giving you some of the best damn coffee you have ever tasted.
